Care and Use

PRODUCT PREPARATION

    • Retard frozen dough sticks on standard ½ or full size sheet pans.
    • Spray and season the bread in sheet pans prior to placing in Metal Bread Forms (do not use grease or release spray on the metal form as it could shorten the usable life).
    • Proof and bake bread as usual.
    • Bread and cheese/seasoning will release freely from the Metal Bread Form.

    CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

    • Metal Bread Forms do not require soaking or scrubbing to clean due to non-stick characteristics of DuraShield® coating.
    • Wash at least once a day or more often if needed.
      • Fill wash basin with a solution of franchisor-approved dish detergent and hot water.
      • Place Metal Bread Form into wash basin and wipe with a soft cloth.
      • Rinse and sanitize Metal Bread Forms using standard procedures and allow to thoroughly air dry before storing or baking.
    • When not in use, store Metal Bread Forms stacked face down on a tray or shelf.
    • Bread and cheese/seasoning will release freely from the Metal Bread Form.
